Okay, maybe this post title is a little melodramatic, since San Francisco typically gets its nicest weather in September or October. But just the same, we had an official farewell to summer up in Clearlake this weekend, where we rented a cabin with a group of friends. We swam, barbecued, and even rented a "delux patio boat", and are pretty beat after two days in the sun. It was great to get away though! (And our cabin had great nautical decor like the ship wallpaper below, which was icing on the cake!)
